Inbox Schedule

Explore how to leverage Inbox Schedule Settings.
This feature allows players to pre-schedule and set up reward items that will be delivered to their Inbox.

Items in Inbox Schedule are not distributed to all players but are only made visible to them.

Platform

Inbox items will be displayed to players on the configured platform.

Schedule Settings

Three schedule types are offered for Inbox items.

  1. Immediate Delivery
    Items become visible to users immediately after settings are applied.

  2. Scheduled Delivery
    After the settings are complete, items will automatically become visible to users at the scheduled time.

  3. Recurring Delivery
    Items will repeatedly become visible to users automatically based on set schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).

Schedule Period

Visibility duration indicates how long the scheduled item remains visible to users.
Setting the duration to one day means the item will be visible for 24 hours from the point of exposure.
Conversely, setting it for seven days will keep the item visible for a week.

Note that if an item's visibility duration is set to some amount of days, it can also become visible to new or returning players.

Message

Add a message that will accompany the Inbox item.
Use the message feature to craft messages suitable for various countries' contexts.

Push Notifications

Enable push notifications for scheduled Inbox items.
These notifications are automatically set to trigger when the scheduled time for the Inbox item is reached.
