Android Setup

Package Information and License Key Setup​

Verify the license information registered in the console for Android receipt validation.

1. Access Google Play Console and select your application​

2. Select Monetize > Monetization setup menu and verify license information​

Service Account Setup​

This setup is required for Android receipt validation and verifying purchase product details.

1. Access Google Cloud Platform​

2. Create a new project​

Click New Project. 1   Enter a project name and click Create. 2  

3. Set API Access Permissions​

After creating the project, click the APIs & Services page. 3   Enable the APIs & Services. 4   Search for and enable additional APIs in the API Library.

4. Create Service Account​

Navigate to the Credentials page and click Create Credentials > Service Account. 6   Enter the service account name and description, then click Create and Continue. 7   Select the role as Owner and click Continue. 8   Enter the email address currently used to access the console in the Grant Access section and complete the account creation. 9  

5. Generate JWT​

Click on the created account. 10   Navigate to the Keys menu at the top, then click Add Key > Create New Key. Select the key type as JSON and click Create. 11  

6. Register User on Google Play Console​

In the Google Play Console, select Users and Permissions, then click Invite New Users. 12   Enter the email address of the account created in step 4, and select the application that requires permissions under App Permissions. 13   Select all financial data information under Permissions > Account Permissions and complete the user invitation. 14  

7. Register JWT JSON File​

Register the JWT JSON file downloaded in step 5 with PlayNANOO. 15
