Customer Support

Customer Support is a feature for managing in-game customer inquiries (tickets). You can review inquiries submitted by players, write responses, and manage response templates and categories.

Activate Service

To use the Customer Support feature, you must first activate the service. Click the activation button to start the service.

Ticket Management

The customer support page consists of the Tickets, Templates, and Categories tabs.

Ticket List

In the tickets tab, you can search and view submitted inquiries.

Ticket Details

Click the title in the ticket list to navigate to the ticket detail page. On the detail page, you can review the inquiry content and write a response.

Inquirer Information

Write Response

FieldDescription
Response Template *Select a pre-written response template. When selected, the content is automatically filled in the editor
Response Content *Use the editor to write the response content

For inquiries with attachments, you can click on the attachments to view them.

Template Management

In the templates tab, you can manage frequently used responses as templates.

Register Template

To register a new template, click the Register button at the bottom of the list.

Category Management

In the categories tab, you can manage inquiry categories.

Register Category

To register a new category, click the Register button at the bottom of the list.

TemplateEnter the default template for this category. This will be used as the default form when submitting inquiries
