Customer Support Settings
In customer support settings, you can manage FAQ and general settings.
FAQ Management
The FAQ management page consists of the FAQ List tab and the Categories tab.
FAQ List
In the FAQ list, you can search and manage frequently asked questions.

Register FAQ
To register a new FAQ, click the Register button at the bottom of the list.

FAQ Categories
In the FAQ categories tab, you can manage categories used for FAQs.

Register FAQ Category
To register a new FAQ category, click the Register button at the bottom of the list.

General Settings
The general settings page consists of the Language Mapping tab and the Other tab.
Language Mapping
In language mapping, you map the client language codes to the language codes used in customer support. You can select the customer support language to map for each language.
When language mapping is configured, the appropriate language categories, templates, and FAQs are automatically displayed based on the player's device language.

Other Settings
In the other tab, you can view basic information related to customer support.

| Customer Support Website | The customer support web page URL. This can be used as the customer support link within the game |
| Support Email | The customer support email address. This is used for receiving inquiries via email |
The customer support website URL and support email are automatically generated. You can click the copy button to copy them to the clipboard.
