This section describes how to view and manage FAQs, submit inquiries, and check announcements on the support center page.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can search and view frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Enter a search term and click the Search button to display a list of related FAQs.

Category Filter

Select a category tab to filter FAQs by classification.

AllDisplays all FAQs.
Service FeaturesDisplays FAQs related to service features.
Development & IntegrationDisplays FAQs related to development and integration.
Service PricingDisplays FAQs related to service pricing.

FAQ List

FieldDescription
Service CategoryThe category the FAQ belongs to.
TitleThe title of the FAQ. Click to view the details.

Submit Inquiry

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, you can submit an inquiry directly.

Inquiry Registration

FieldDescription
ServiceSelect the service you want to inquire about.
TitleEnter the inquiry title.
ContentEnter the inquiry content. A markdown editor is supported.
AttachmentYou can attach files.

Attachments are limited to image files up to 2MB.

After entering the content, click the Save button to submit the inquiry.

Inquiry List

Submitted inquiries are displayed in a table.

FieldDescription
CategoryThe service category of the inquiry.
TitleThe inquiry title. Click to view the details.
StatusThe inquiry processing status. (Unanswered, Under Review, Answered)
Registration DateThe date the inquiry was submitted.

Inquiry Details

Click on an inquiry to view the following information on the details page.

CategoryThe service category of the inquiry.
StatusThe inquiry processing status.
Registration DateThe date the inquiry was submitted.
OperatorThe operator assigned to respond.
Response DateThe date the operator responded.
QuestionThe submitted inquiry content.
AttachmentThe list of attached files.
ResponseThe operator's response.

On the inquiry details page, you can click the Edit button to modify the inquiry, or click the Delete button to delete the inquiry.

Announcements

You can view service-related announcements.

Announcement List

FieldDescription
TitleThe title of the announcement. Click to view the details.
Registration DateThe date the announcement was posted.

Announcement Details

Click on an announcement to view the registration date and full content on the details page. Click the List button to return to the support center main page.
