This section describes how to view and manage FAQs, submit inquiries, and check announcements on the support center page.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can search and view frequently asked questions (FAQ).
Search
Enter a search term and click the Search button to display a list of related FAQs.
Category Filter
Select a category tab to filter FAQs by classification.

|---|---|
| All | Displays all FAQs. |
| Service Features | Displays FAQs related to service features. |
| Development & Integration | Displays FAQs related to development and integration. |
| Service Pricing | Displays FAQs related to service pricing. |
FAQ List
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Service Category | The category the FAQ belongs to. |
| Title | The title of the FAQ. Click to view the details. |
Submit Inquiry
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, you can submit an inquiry directly.
Inquiry Registration
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Service | Select the service you want to inquire about. |
| Title | Enter the inquiry title. |
| Content | Enter the inquiry content. A markdown editor is supported. |
| Attachment | You can attach files. |
Attachments are limited to image files up to 2MB.
After entering the content, click the Save button to submit the inquiry.
Inquiry List
Submitted inquiries are displayed in a table.

| Category | The service category of the inquiry. |
| Title | The inquiry title. Click to view the details. |
| Status | The inquiry processing status. (Unanswered, Under Review, Answered) |
| Registration Date | The date the inquiry was submitted. |
Inquiry Details
Click on an inquiry to view the following information on the details page.

| Category | The service category of the inquiry. |
| Status | The inquiry processing status. |
| Registration Date | The date the inquiry was submitted. |
| Operator | The operator assigned to respond. |
| Response Date | The date the operator responded. |
| Question | The submitted inquiry content. |
| Attachment | The list of attached files. |
| Response | The operator's response. |
On the inquiry details page, you can click the Edit button to modify the inquiry, or click the Delete button to delete the inquiry.
Announcements
You can view service-related announcements.
Announcement List
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The title of the announcement. Click to view the details. |
| Registration Date | The date the announcement was posted. |
Announcement Details
Click on an announcement to view the registration date and full content on the details page. Click the List button to return to the support center main page.
