Ticket Info

The ticket info page consists of the Ticket, Template, and Category tabs.

Ticket List

In the ticket tab, you can search and view submitted inquiries.

Field	Description
Category	Inquiry category
Language	Inquiry language
Title	Inquiry title
Nickname	Nickname of the player who submitted the inquiry
Status	Inquiry processing status
Reply Date	Reply creation date
Created Date	Inquiry submission date
Actions	Delete button

Click the title in the ticket list to navigate to the ticket detail page. On the detail page, you can view the inquiry content and write a reply.

Field	Description
Player ID	Player ID who submitted the inquiry
Name	Player name
Email	Player email
Purchase Count	Player's in-app purchase count
Purchase Amount	Player's total in-app purchase amount

Field	Description
Reply Template *	Select a pre-written reply template. The content is automatically filled in the editor when selected
Reply Content *	Use the editor to write the reply content

For inquiries with attachments, you can click the attachment to view it.

In the template tab, you can manage frequently used replies as templates.

To register a new template, click the Register button at the bottom of the list.

Field	Description
Language *	Select the language of the template
Category *	Select the category of the template
Title *	Enter the title of the template
Content *	Use the editor to write the template content

In the category tab, you can manage inquiry categories.

To register a new category, click the Register button at the bottom of the list.

Field	Description
Language *	Select the language of the category
Category *	Enter the category name
Template	Enter the default template to use for this category. It is used as the default form when submitting inquiries
